At Diamond we make it easy.  Our tech will arrive with the parts we suspect your product might need.  We’ll assess your unit and provide you with an estimate of what is actually needed.   If after learning what the repair costs are you decide to replace it, Diamond has a handy solution for you.  Diamond has relationships with area Dealers where the Dealer will give you $50 of the estimate fee back, in the form of a discount off your replacement product.  *

If you decide not to proceed with repairing your product, your technician will issue a voucher you can use to get $50 of your estimate fee paid discounted off your replacement product.   

And of course, if you decide to have the work done, odds are we’ll complete the repairs right then.
