The service professionals at Diamond Factory Service are listed as providing an “Essential Service” by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Household appliances are a key component in maintaining a healthy, clean household. Maintenance and repair of these appliances is considered an essential service and permitted to operate during the current CoVID-19 “Shelter/Safer in Place’ orders.
We are also closely following CDC guidelines and local events as they occur within the markets we operate in to determine how to provide you with the service you are in need of. We have directed our technicians on the rules we follow to provide you with this service, without causing undue risk to our customers or employees. You can expect your technician to advise you that we will need access to your appliance, with no adult, child or pet within 10’ of us entering your home or repairing your appliance. No service will be provided if the conditions are not sanitary, someone in the home is ill, or if our social distance rule cannot be followed.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.

What types of appliances do you repair?
We repair appliances of all types, including household appliances including (but not limited to) dishwashers, ovens, stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and even stand mixers.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?
We offer 3-hour appointment windows (e.g. 9am-12pm), but are happy to call the day before your appointment to give you a more exact idea of when we will arrive. We can also call you 30 minutes ahead of when we will arrive to let you know we are on our way.
How much can I expect to pay?
When you choose Diamond, you can feel confident you are getting the best-value service in the region. We base our pricing on several elements: trip and diagnosis, labor, parts, and warranty. For repairs on appliances that do not have warranty coverage, you can expect to pay trip, diagnosis, labor and parts. The first three are one-time charges, no matter how many visits we make to service your appliance. For in-warranty appliances, we will charge based on the warranty agreement.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
The only way to know if your older and/or broken appliance is worth repairing is to have one of our technician take a look. Then, they will let you know how to proceed and get the best value for your money. If your appliance is not worth repairing, we may be able to offer you a trade-in.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, we request that you be home during the service not only to let the technician into your home and show them where the appliance is located, but also for your benefit. As they complete the repair, the technician can tell you what went wrong and how to avoid a similar issue in the future.
What are my payment options?
We accept most major forms of payment including checks and credit cards. In general, we do not offer extended payment plans, unless the customer has worked with us before and has passed a credit check. Of course, every situation is different, so contact our friendly office staff to discuss your situation and get further information.
Can I schedule a same-day appointment?
While we do our best to perform the majority of repairs in one trip, it may be the case that a technician needs to return one or more times to complete the repair. This may mean that the repair takes more than one day. However, no matter how many trips the repair takes, you will only ever be charged for one trip.
Refrigerators
If your fridge is not getting cold, leaking, making strange noises, leaking, or doing something else it shouldn’t be, give us a call. We also perform annual cooling system maintenance on most brands of refrigerators. We have dealt with nearly every fridge issue and can help get yours back in shape.
Washers
Have you noticed your washer isn’t cleaning clothes like it used to? Perhaps it is making a strange noise, leaking, or not draining properly. These are all common problems that we are happy to fix for you!
Dryers
Are you getting an error message on your dryer display, or hearing strange noises? Perhaps your dryer just isn’t doing its job, or you have a broken part. No matter the issue, we can almost definitely fix it.
Ranges / Wall Ovens
Do you have a burner that just won’t light, or an oven that doesn’t heat to the right temperature? Maybe the self-cleaning system is not working, or you have a broken oven door or other part. Don’t worry – we can help; oven and range issues are some of the most common appliances we fix.
Dishwashers
