Kenneth did a great job diagnosing our problem and got our washer up and running quickly. He also explained to me what was wrong and showed me what most likely caused our problems. 🙂 I can wash clothes again!!! 🙂
I needed a warranty repair on my refrigerator. I scheduled through the manufacturers site and received prompt notice from Diamond that they would handle the repair and would contact me prior to the appointment. Based on the information I provided, Chip was able to diagnose the problem before he arrived. He arrived within the promised time slot and quickly switched out the part. The paperwork took longer than the repair.
Had a great experience with David, he was very helpful in explaining what the issues were and what steps he was taking to fix it. I would use diamond again.

I received a phone call from Tracy Jones, Lead Technician for Diamond Factory Service, letting me know that he would be to our home in approximately 20 minutes, and he was! I was so impressed from the moment that Tracy entered our home. I showed Tracy our Magtag upright freezer which was just purchased the end of November 2017, so only 8 months old. This is a frost free freezer, but frost was forming on the top inside of the door and the inside of the freezer. Tracy knew immediately what was wrong and was on the phone to Maytag, and also to our salesperson where we purchased our appliance from. Tracy needed to do some other calling, but said he would follow up with me before the end of the day. Long story short . . . . Tracy called back that same day to let me know the issue with our freezer is being taken care of. I’m quite sure Tracy’s days get busy and hectic, but from the moment I met Tracy, he was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Tracy’s commitment to assist his customers in having an excellent customer experience is his #1 priorty, and he delivered! I would without hesitation, recommend Tracy at Diamond Factory Service! Fast, friendly service. We had Ken K. out today (August) to replace our ice maker. As it turns out, the ice maker was full of ice and didn’t end up needing to be replaced. Somehow the ice maker had paused the day we noticed no ice and we never noticed it had resumed making ice. I appreciate Ken offering to just run diagnostics and not waste the money replacing something that ended up seemingly fine. We had Travis out on 10/26 to scope out a water leak from our fridge. He replaced the drain plug and flushed out the drain tube. He came back today (11/3) to replace our oven element (he scoped it out on 10/26 but had to order a new one). We have both appliances back working. Good, friendly service.
Chip came and fixed an issue with our dishwasher and was very pleasant and professional. The business is very organized with their scheduling and let you know when to expect their technicians at your home. Would definitely recommend them!

Once again, I am totally pleased with the great service! Tracy arrived exactly when he said he would and repaired the dryer in a quick, knowledgeable fashion. Wouldn’t have anyone else for service!
Tracy was punctual and fixed our fridge in a flash. He also showed me how to take the door off the oven and clean the glass. I highly recommend.
